"All those who were active in Saturday's riots will be booked under NSA," said ADG (law and order) Mukul Goel. A person booked under NSA is not entitled to bail on any grounds for at least six months from the date of arrest. Goel added the government had received a first round report on the riots. He said it would go through the report before acting against officers if found derelict during the crisis in the next few days.
