Wildfires continue to blaze in California

The massive wildfire has engulfed a large area in the east of Los Angeles and it is spreading with high pace in more areas. Although, the firefighters have been leaving no stone unturned to extinguish the inflagration since it sparked on Friday evening. It had only been 5% contained by Monday morning.These fires were sparked by a malfunctioning diesel car. Authorities have said that the car was spewing burning carbon from its exhaust.The deadly fires have forced thousands in the immediate vicinity to evacuate. Orders to evacuate and advisories had been issued to 2,500 homes in the area. The wildfire has destroyed five outbuildings and at least one home, the local fire officials said. The fire has consumed more than 108 square kilometers of dry brush.Authorities have said that it is difficult to deal with survivors as of now. Especially since the coronavirus pandemic has ensured that certain precautions be kept in mind. This prevents volunteers from providing “close contact” to comfort survivors
