​Star-studded haldi celebration for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant​

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are set to tie the knot this weekend, starting with a vibrant ‘haldi’ ceremony with a yellow theme, symbolising prosperity and happiness. As with other functions, this ceremony was a star-studded affair, attended by celebrities like Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan, and Ananya Pandey. Salman Khan and Ranveer Singh, in their yellow kurtas, were seen covered in haldi as they left the venue, their laughter and joy evident. The celebration included musical performances by Udit Narayan, Kumar Sanu, and Rahul Vaidya. Younger guests adhered to a dress code of blue T-shirts and pyjamas featuring the couple’s initials, A and R, with Vedang Raina and his rumoured girlfriend Khushi Kapoor among those spotted in matching outfits. Anant, son of entrepreneur Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika, daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant, will marry on July 12. On Monday, they attended a Grah Shanti puja ceremony. Mukesh and Nita Ambani organised a mass wedding for the underprivileged on July 2 at Swami Vivekanand Vidyamandir in Palghar as part of the wedding festivities. A spectacular ‘mameru’ ceremony, a Gujarati wedding tradition, was held the next day. On July 7, the couple’s sangeet ceremony at the Jio Convention Centre featured a performance by pop star Justin Bieber, who sang hits like ‘Baby’, ‘Peaches’, and ‘Love Yourself’. The Sangeet was attended by top entertainment and sports figures, including Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, MS Dhoni, and T20 World Cup winners Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, and Surya Kumar Yadav.
